Salim Bakra Platter: Feed the Bigger Crowd
Some occasions call for a platter. Some call for the whole goat. We call it the Lahori way, “Salim Bakra” platter.
It’s designed for larger celebrations. It serves approximately 12–15 kg of meat and enough food to serve approximately 15–20 people. The goat is stuffed with rice, quail meat, and boiled eggs.
